What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for Money Back, Store Credit, or Exchange on most clothing items made by the following designers: Ashley Zaba, Elena Pavlou, Evil Kitty, Nire`, Suzanne Lay & Two In A Gondola.

Our policy for these items: Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.


Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for Money Back, Store Credit, or Exchange on ALL jewelry items.

Our policy on jewelry: Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR CLEANED, and with ALL tags attached.

BelleStyle, Inc. does offer FREE lifetime repairs on all merchandise, including items purchased from this store. For more information, please contact them directly at 877.603.1210.


Returns and/or Exchanges are not accepted on swimwear, custom made items (or “made to order” items) & any/all pieces made by the following designers: Molly B. Bikinis & Red Doll.

Please Note: SALE and/or Final Sale items may not be returned.


Please Also Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for ALL items purchased from any of our stores.

parker+paige does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

All orders placed after 5PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM ET will begin processing the following Monday.

Our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse any shipments from parker+paige, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to parker+paige. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at parker+paige within the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your receipt when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the required information from us.




Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

Shipping is available to most countries outside the U.S. An additional $10 charge is placed on all international purchases to cover shipping, tracking & insurance expenses.




How long will it take to receive my order?

Items from the following designers are typically processed & shipped out within 10-14 business days from the time of purchase: Ashley Zaba, BelleStyle, Evil Kitty, Elena Pavlou, Molly B. Bikinis & Two In A Gondola.


Items made by the following designers are typically processed, produced & shipped out within 2-3 weeks from the time of purchase: Nire` & Suzanne Lay.


ALL Red Doll pieces are made to order, and can be custom-made to fit your exact measurements. Details such as lining color, material/fabric, and item color may also be customized to your liking. Pieces are typically ready between 4-6 weeks from the time of purchase.


Full-length dresses, wedding gowns, and more intricate pieces may take 3-4 months to complete. Custom fittings may be available in a city near you! Please contact us at info@parkerandpaige.com for more information.


Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.


International shipping delivery times may vary. Expect a 2-12 week delay if you are ordering from outside the U.S.


Most orders are shipped USPS. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase once an item has shipped. All items are insured & may be tracked online at www.usps.com.

 How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Our online checkout processes use PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Big Cartel has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com.


Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.


You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
